Natalia, the visionary and her partner Tim, the logical one, together, make dreams a reality. They created ENGAGED because they understand the passion, the struggle, the determination and the reward that comes with owning a business. Throughout their journey they have laughed, cried, won and lost and that's why they want to help put the control back in all business owners hands. ENGAGED will help employers prevent and limit the #1 cause for lost time at work, unwanted cellphone use.
 
After many years of owning and operating their own cookie business Tim and Natalia knew they couldn't be the only ones who felt trapped. That's when they decided to do the research and then they saw it....in the supermarket, at the doctors, on the road, at the movies, at a restaurant, everyone was on their phones!! As customers this impacted and disappointed them and as business owners it hurt them. They did the numbers and paid out over $150,000 to people just for being on their phones...shocking right?!
 
Tim spent 20+ years working hard before he opened his first business and then met Natalia, a young college athlete who helped him grow and expand his business and see life in a different light. After working together for 6 years, Natalia and Tim together make a hardworking, funny, intelligent, and passionate team focused on success and the overall good.
